Projects

Confined Space
Getting the job done well is important, but getting the job done safely and well is what is most important. Safety is a high prority on every project for Performance Coatings and Linings especially for Confined Space work. The Confined Space pictures below involved a Class 1 Division 1 Group A, Group B, Group C, and Group D project.

Quartz and Flake
In the healthcare, food service, education, laboratory, veterinary medicine and manufacturing industries, quartz and flake broadcast floors provide a cost effective, seamless, durable floor that requires minimal maintenance and is easily cleaned and disinfected. We provide multiple options and an almost limitless choice of colors for any application.

High Impact/Abrasive Epoxy
In manufacturing, automotive and aerospace industries our abrasion and impact resistant trowel applied epoxy mortar floor systems can provide solutions in almost any environment. Our mortars provide compressive strengths from 11,000 psi to over 18,000 psi and are routinely utilized to resurface compromised, spalled or degraded concrete slabs providing a smooth, strong, and cleanable surface.

Metallic Epoxy
For show room, office, gymnasium, or commercial applications where an exceptionally decorative, durable and maintenance free floor is needed, our selection of metallic epoxy floor options is limited only by the imagination.

High Temperature Urethane
Utilizing trowel applied and slurry applied urethane mortars and top coats, our urethane floors provide a low maintenance alternative to quarry tile and epoxy floors in applications where thermal shock and thermal cycling is present. Our urethane floors can withstand thermal temperature shock in excess of 400 degrees F while providing a slip resistant, easy to clean floor able to withstand most moderate chemical and solvent exposure.

Secondary Containment
Performance Coatings and Linings utilizes a full range of Novolac Epoxy, Vinyl Ester, Polyester, and Polyurea resins to provide unmatched performance in secondary containment projects in the chemical, acid, solvent, waste water treatment and petrochemical applications. From thin mil. coatings to fiberglass reinforced, heavy load exterior applications, our experience and professionalism is unmatched in the industry.

Static Dissipative and Conductive
In facilities where nuisance static or conductive flooring is required, we provide a full range of flooring options from static dissipative coatings to heavy load/high impact trowel applied, conductive systems providing less then one megohm of resistance.

Moisture Mitigation
When hydrostatic or osmotic moisture is a concern, Performance Coatings and Linings offers ASTM F2170-18, ASTM F1869-16a, and ASTM D4263 moisture testing as well as multiple moisture mitigation products and turn key installation. We can also provide ASTM D4262-05 Acidity and Alkalinity testing.
